At Bonney, we are committed to providing you with the best quality. To ensure your comfort and transparency, we have established a clear and flexible policy:

1. Inspection Upon Delivery (Your Right is Guaranteed):

In case of an order error or manufacturing defect: You have the right to inspect your order with the delivery representative. If the product is different from your order or has a defect, please photograph it and return it immediately with the delivery representative. We will cover all delivery costs.

If You Change Your Mind: If you are not satisfied with the product after inspection (meaning there are no defects), you can return it with the delivery representative, paying any applicable delivery costs.

2. Exchange After Receipt:

You have the right to request an exchange of the product (such as changing the color or model) within a maximum of 72 hours from the time you receive your order.

Essential Step and Replacement Requirements: Due to the nature of our products and their fragility, please send a clear photo of the product and its original packaging to ensure it is in its original condition and has not been damaged in any way before confirming the replacement.

Additional delivery charges will apply to replacements (after the delivery person has left).
